  • 1.5 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium Red Onion
  • 1 bunch fresh Parsley (optional)

  • 2 stems Celery
  • 2 teaspoons Celery Salt (or to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons Celery Seed (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons diced Pimientos with liquid
  • 1 lb block Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons White Sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil the ziti pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Finely dice the red onion, red bell pepper, and celery. Grate the carrot.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the diced vegetables.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, white sugar, celery salt, and celery seed until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta and veggies; gently stir to coat evenly.
