  • 23 Gala apples, cored and sliced
  • 4 oz. white chocolate
  • 4 Tbsp. salted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 health bar, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. Prepare your toppings by crushing pretzels and chopping the health bar into small pieces.
  2. Wash, core, and slice the apples into thin wedges. Soak them in lemon juice mixed with water to prevent browning.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in brown sugar, corn syrup, and condensed milk until bubbly; then stir in vanilla off the heat.
  4. Melt white chocolate in short bursts in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
