  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm water with yeast and let sit for five minutes until frothy.
  2. Gradually add sugar, salt, and flour; stir to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.
  5. Punch down the dough, divide into small pieces, and roll into balls.
  6. Boil water in a pot and add baking soda; drop each ball in for about 30 seconds.
  7. Preheat oven to 425°F; bake bites on parchment-lined sheet for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
