  • 2 large chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • ½ cup Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh pepper to taste
  • ½ cup thinly sliced celery
  • 2 heads of romaine or iceberg lettuce (rinsed)

Instructions

  1. Cook and shred chicken by placing it in a pan with about ½ cup of water over medium/high heat. Shred with two forks once cooked and water has evaporated.
  2. In the same pan over medium/low heat, add butter and olive oil until melted. Stir in buffalo sauce, celery seed, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat; fold in sliced celery.
  3. Assemble wraps by scooping the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves, adding blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing as desired.
