  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs flavor)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  3. Remove chicken from the skillet; set aside.
  4. Toast orzo in the same skillet for 1-2 minutes while stirring.
  5. Add chicken broth; bring to a simmer and cover for 8-10 minutes until orzo is tender.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Boursin cheese until melted.
  7. Add chopped spinach; cook until wilted (1-2 minutes).
  8. Return chicken to skillet; warm through before serving.
