- ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 cup grilled or roasted corn
- 1 cup finely diced pineapple
- ¼ cup red onion (finely diced)
- 1 jalapeño (finely minced)
- ½ bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 teaspoon agave
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
- ½ lime (juiced)
- Warm corn tortillas
- Purple cabbage (finely shredded)
- Additional cilantro
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Preheat your broiler. In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne.
