  • 5 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 7 Biscoff Cookies
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff Cookie Butter
  • 10 ounces vegan marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8-inch or 9-inch square pan and a mixing bowl.
  2. In the bowl, combine Rice Krispies and broken Biscoff Cookies.
  3. Melt salted butter and Biscoff Cookie Butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until blended.
  4. Add vegan marshmallows to the melted mixture, stirring until about 75% melted, then remove from heat.
  5. Mix until fully melted and pour over the cereal mixture, stirring to combine.
  6. Press the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top.
  7. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
