  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 11 ½ cups chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  2. Thaw and mash the frozen bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
  3. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. Gently fold in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just mixed.
