- 1 large cauliflower (cut into florets)
- ¾ cup milk of choice
- ½ cup flour (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups panko (gluten-free if needed)
- ½ cup mayonnaise (light if desired)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Chives or green onions for garnish
- Black or white sesame seeds for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Add cauliflower florets and toss until coated.
- Place panko in a shallow bowl; coat each floret in panko and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray with oil.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl until smooth.
- Toss baked cauliflower with sauce before serving. Garnish with chives or green onions and sesame seeds.
