  • 1 large cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup flour (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups panko (gluten-free if needed)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (light if desired)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Chives or green onions for garnish
  • Black or white sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Add cauliflower florets and toss until coated.
  3. Place panko in a shallow bowl; coat each floret in panko and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray with oil.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. Toss baked cauliflower with sauce before serving. Garnish with chives or green onions and sesame seeds.
