- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 avocados (mashed)
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lime
- Chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish; season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon bakes, scoop out avocados into a mixing bowl. Mash until desired consistency is reached.
- Add lime zest, lime juice, salt, dill, and mix well to combine.
- Once salmon is cooked, remove from oven and let rest for a minute.
- Spread mashed avocado generously over each fillet and top with chopped red onion before serving.
