  • 3 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 75 grams crumbled feta cheese
  • 30 milliliters olive oil or melted butter
  • 30 grams dried cranberries
  • 30 milliliters honey
  • 1 gram ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Halve and core the pears, then brush them with olive oil or melted butter. Place cut-side up in the baking dish and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until tender but still holding shape.
  4. Remove from oven, top each pear half with crumbled feta and dried cranberries while warm.
  5. Drizzle generously with honey and garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired. Serve warm.
