  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Steam broccoli florets for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp; let cool and chop finely.
  3. In a large bowl, mix chopped broccoli with breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch) and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
