  • 4 salmon fillets (5–6 ounces each)
  • 1 Boursin cheese round (5.2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil until smooth.
  3. Pat salmon fillets dry, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place fillets in the baking dish skin side down and spoon the cheese mixture over them.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving; garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
