  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 small tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 slices whole-grain bread (toasted if desired)
  • 8 slices turkey bacon or plant-based bacon, cooked
  • 1 cup lettuce (or large pieces)

Instructions
