- ½ tablespoon kosher salt
- ¼ ounce instant or active dry yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons)
- 1 ½ cups warm water (105°F)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast. Whisk gently to ensure even distribution.
