2 chicken breasts, finely diced
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 (397g) bag coleslaw
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
16 wonton wrappers
Sweet chili sauce, for serving
Chopped cilantro, for serving
Sesame seeds, for serving
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray or brush the wonton wrappers with oil and drape them over the sides of a baking dish. Bake for 7-8 minutes until set but not browned.
In a bowl, mix diced chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Sauté in a skillet over high heat for about 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
For the slaw, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey in another bowl; toss well.
Assemble by filling each wonton shell with chicken mixture and topping with slaw. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce before serving.
