  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of apples (diced into small pieces)
  • 1 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crumble topping ingredients until crumbly; set aside.
  3. Whisk together dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
  4. Gradually combine wet and dry mixtures until just mixed; fold in diced apples.
