- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons light olive oil or canola oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 16 ounces chicken or turkey sausage (smoked)
- Slice baby potatoes in half and cut onion into large chunks.
- In a zip-top bag, combine potatoes, onion, oil, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Seal and shake until well-coated.
