  • ¼ cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. milk (oat, cashew, or soy)
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Slice the dill pickles into ¼-inch slices, discarding the ends.
  2. Set up three bowls: one for flour, one for whisked egg and milk, and one for seasoned breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each pickle slice in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
