Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 3 cloves minced garlic)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or cornstarch)
  • Oil spray to coat chicken
  • 23 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix chicken pieces with vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and seasonings until well combined. Sprinkle flour or cornstarch over the mixture and coat evenly.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 360°F and lightly spray the basket with oil. Place chicken in an even layer without overcrowding.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes; then flip and stir the chicken pieces. Continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on top of the hot chicken bites and air fry for an additional minute to melt the cheese slightly.
