  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking.
  2. Pat the beef chops dry with paper towels and score the fat at intervals to prevent curling.
