  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • â…“ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 cups thawed frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, sugar, and onion powder to make the dressing.
  2. In a large serving dish, layer half of the dressing followed by half of the chopped romaine lettuce.
  3. Continue layering with half of the diced tomatoes, green onions, hard-boiled eggs, and peas.
  4. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Spread the remaining dressing over the top layer and finish with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
